Healthy Cooking Workshops are practical and informative classes that will help you understand the workings of healthy nutrients and their specific cooking requirements.
Understanding your basic nutritional needs can help you to achieve your health goals in an easy, modern-life oriented but still delicious way.
Most diets are restrictive and will simply tell you what you can and mostly cannot eat.
This is why most diets fail.
My cooking classes will focus on carefully crafting diets and recipes, with easy-to-access ingredients, that suit the individual and fit around their personal time management.
Small adjustments can lead to big changes!
In other words, healthy cooking can be very easy, very effective and still absolutely enjoyable! Understanding your bio-individuality means that you can make informed choices towards food that work best for you.
Healthy cooking workshops teach the benefits of understanding nutrients, and simple yet delicious recipes without sugar or flour. I can share with you my experiments while mixing different ingredients and combining nutritional benefits of natural products, spices and flavours.
I studied at the New York University for Integrative Nutrition, where we analysed a large number of approaches to nutrition and diet. My role is to help you understand what works best for you.
I understand the difficulties of trying to incorporate a healthy, practical diet into a busy lifestyle, but I’ve learned that it can work. I am also a passionate food lover! I love tasty food. I love the different flavours; I love herbs and spices, and I love to cook.
Our meetings are held in a warm, family atmosphere. There is a theory aspect of nutrition and self-understanding, as well as a practical part to improve your skills of cooking delicious family meals.
Part of my teachings use a system of nutritional ‘blocks’ that can be fully utilised, or simply cherry-picked according to your specific interest. The first part of blocks contains essential nutritional knowledge. There, I will explain you how to crowd-out all “destructive” products that usually lead to cravings and include all the most beneficial and nutrient-dense food.
The second part of blocks is about detox. You will learn all about detox, its different forms and basics, body mechanism of natural detoxification and why we actually need it – along with some delicious detox recipes.
I have also developed ‘blocks’ with the same basic content, but in an easier to comprehend form that is specifically for kids, to inspire youngsters who often have different priorities and perspectives with regards to feeling beautiful, energised and healthy.
During those workshops we speak more about shiny skin, beautiful hair, strong nails and how to reach these goals by doing right choices and understanding what each food brings to our body. The age range for kids’ classes is from 9 to 18 years old.
Additionally, to make things easier for you, there is an online program for you to experience my workshops from your own kitchen. You don’t even need to leave your house.
