My journey to a healthier, more balanced life began more than two decades ago. Like many young adults, I didn't fully grasp the impact of my lifestyle choices on my well-being. Late nights, poor dietary habits, and minimal physical activity were the norms.

However, everything changed when I became pregnant. Suddenly, the responsibility of nurturing another life forced me to reassess my priorities. It was a pivotal moment that propelled me into a journey of self-discovery and wellness.
Through research and personal experimentation, I shifted my focus from mere sustenance to understanding the nutritional value of foods. This newfound knowledge not only transformed my physical appearance but also boosted my energy levels and self-confidence.

Despite the challenges life threw my way, including battles with IBS, I refused to let setbacks define me. Embracing holistic approaches to health opened my eyes to the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
Becoming a functional nutritionist wasn't just a career choice—it was a calling born out of a desire to share my journey and empower others to embark on their own paths to wellness. Today, as a mother of two and an entrepreneur in the prevention and longevity field, I'm dedicated to guiding individuals toward a healthier, happier version of themselves.

I'm deeply passionate about holistic health and wellness, approaching it from various angles. As a restaurateur, I've always believed in the power of delicious, nutritious food to nourish both body and soul. This belief inspired me to meticulously craft wholesome meals in my restaurants, sourcing organic, locally-grown ingredients to create flavorful dishes that prioritize health.

However, my journey didn't stop there. I felt compelled to deepen my understanding of body functioning and biochemistry, leading me to pursue a formal education as a functional nutritionist. Armed with this knowledge, I realized the potential to make an even greater impact on people's lives.

After publishing my first book, "Organic," I took a bold step forward by teaming up with renowned doctors and health entrepreneurs, creating a holistic, longevity, and gut health-focused clinic in Dubai. This newest venture allows me to realize my dream of utilizing all my past experiences to increase the healthspan of not only my closest friends and family but all of our future clients.
